VTUBER MODEL

• These prices do not apply to commissions I have already accepted with my previous rates.• These prices are only the starting prices, the final price of the model will be higher if the model has a lot of details. Design complexity fee can go up to 50% of the starting price for art only and art + rig services, and can vary for rig only services.• Elements on a model that can contribute to an extra complexity design fee are but aren't limited to: asymmetrical features (hair, pose, face and body details, etc.), animated fire elements and other animated features, complex horns, ruffles, lots of accessories, big layered and detailed dresses, wings, headwear, etc.

• For NDAs and secret projects there's an extra fee of 50% of the project's final price.• For Model Art Only: Please note that my fullbody models usually have at least 400+ layers even if the model's design is simple, and can go up to around 2000 layers and even more, depending on the design complexity and extra toggles. The model art is cut using the underfill method, with getting a higher quality rigging in mind. Therefore when commissioning me for model art only, it is adviced to look for a more experienced rigger, who either has a higher-end performing PC that can handle all of the layers, or a rigger that can work efficiently.• The price for ''RIG ONLY'' may be lower if the model is cut in a simpler way. Please keep in mind that with very simple cutting, the movement range of the model might be limited and the rig quality might be lower.
Additional cutting and PSD file adjustments will cost extra fee.

Design

The price of a design will depend on the concept and the complexity of the character.
Designing without a provided moodboard will cost extra fee.
Excessive change requests will cost extra fee.A vtuber model design includes one front view sketch of the character as a final product.
There's no reference sheet included in the design service.
During the designing phase, the client will receive 1-3 versions of the character drawn based on the moodboard I was provided, after we agree moving forward with one of the versions, we will start working on detail adjustments.When providing a moodboard for a design request, I'd highly appreciate it if the following things were included in the moodboard:
• vibe of the character (sweet, friendly, mature, brat, crazy, etc.)
• character concept (fox girl, cyberpunk demon, tiefling, fire dragon, etc.)
• face and body details (eye and skin color, body type, scars, freckles, tattoos, etc.)
• hair references
• references for clothes and accessories (1-3 per clothing and accessory piece, the more the better)
• any other important detailWhen it comes to designing outfits, please keep in mind that I don't feel comfortable doing one on one copies from reference pictures and I might decline the commission request, unless the idea for the outfit is to be very simple and there's no space for creativity (example: plain white crop top with simple black tennis skirt).

Reference Sheet

The reference sheet is rough sketch-styled.A front view, back view and a side view of the character is included in the reference sheet along with a few detail close-ups that are considered an important part of the design.The final price of a reference sheet will depend on the complexity of the character and the amount of requested details showcased on the sheet.

TERMS OF SERVICE

○ By purchasing my services you automatically agree that you have read and agreed with the terms and conditions stated bellow.

1. RIGHTS AND USAGE

○ I reserve the right to use the commissioned artworks and models as material for portfolios and showcases○ I reserve the right to post the finished commissioned artworks and models or progress of its making on my social media, and to livestream the work process of the commission○ Commissions where both parties agree that I, as the creator of the commissioned work, will not post any part of progress of the work on social media, before the client debuts or until a certain date, is considered an NDA project, therefore in that case an additional NDA fee will apply to the commission○ I have the right to decline any commission if I don’t feel comfortable with the subject○ The client has to credit me as the creator of the commissioned artwork or model when posting or using it online○ The commissioned artworks are not for commercial usage unless discussed otherwise which will cost extra fees, exceptions go for Vtuber Models where commercial fees are already included in the price○ Client has the right to use the commissioned model for streams, videos and making other content with the intent to make profit by using the model○ AI related usage of my art such as using my art for AI tools, training, programs, platforms and machine learning tools is prohibited○ The artworks and services I provide are digitial goods only and not physical prints

2. PAYMENTS AND FEES

○ I have the right to charge extra when the client asks for additional requests and for excessive amount of adjustments and revisions to the commissioned artwork or model○ A fee of 50% of the final price will apply to commissioned NDA projects○ I accept payments through PayPal only○ Refund is not possible after I began to work on the commissioned artwork or model, refund is not possible after the work is finished, partial refund is possible if I’m unable to finish the commission○ The prices are in EUROS○ I accept payments full upfront or 50% of the payment upfront and 50% after the commission is finished,○ Payment plan is an option for bigger commissions

3. COMMUNICATION AND WORK PROCESS

○ For a commission request the client can contact me either through email or through a direct message on social media.○ I will start working on the commission after I recieved at least the first partial payment○ I will provide regular updates of the commission to the client as I work on it○ The making of a Vtuber Model takes up to approximately 1-3 months, this can change depending on the complexity of the model, the delivery time may also change due to the amount of workload and personal life○ For bigger commissions with smaller payment installments, I will plan my work pace based on the monthly payment amount I receive, therefore the delivery time might be longer than usual○ I will inform the client about an estimated time of when I’ll start working on the requested commission○ I will not send the finished commission to the client before I receive the full paymento If I accept a commission and after the work starts the client decides to change the overall concept to something else than what we initially agreed upon, I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I'm not comfortable with the new concept and I will partially refund the commission

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

○ Sensitive information provided by me or the client such as personal information, payment information or business information that is not visible to the public is considered confidential information and shall not be shared with any other party

Please note that being on the waitlist doesn't guarantee you a commission slot.After given a slot on the waitlist, once the time comes, I will reach out to each client and give them a more specific date of when I'll be able to start working on the commission.If the client and I agree on a date of the start of the commission but the client fails to respond within the next 48 hours once the work was supposed to start I will move on to the next client.If the client doesn't respond at all after we agreed on a specific date OR we have failed to agree on a specific date to start the commission, the client will be removed from the waitlist after a month of not responding.
