Design
130+ EUR
The price of a design will depend on the concept and the complexity of the character.
Designing without a provided moodboard will cost extra fee.
Excessive change requests will cost extra fee.A vtuber model design includes one front view sketch of the character as a final product.
During the designing phase, the client will receive 1-3 versions of the character drawn based on the moodboard I was provided, after we agree moving forward with one of the versions, we will start working on detail adjustments.
Reference Sheet

The reference sheet is rough sketch-styled.A front view, back view and a side view of the character is included in the reference sheet along with a few detail close-ups that are considered an important part of the design.The final price of a reference sheet will depend on the complexity of the character and the amount of requested details showcased on the sheet.

TERMS OF SERVICE
○ By purchasing my services you automatically agree that you have read and agreed with the terms and conditions stated bellow.
1. RIGHTS AND USAGE
○ I reserve the right to use the commissioned artworks and models as material for portfolios and showcases○ I reserve the right to post the finished commissioned artworks and models or progress of its making on my social media, and to livestream the work process of the commission○ I have the right to decline any commission if I don’t feel comfortable with the subject○ The client has to credit me as the creator of the commissioned artwork or model when posting or using it online○ The commissioned artworks are not for commercial usage unless discussed otherwise which will cost extra fees, exceptions go for Vtuber Models where commercial fees are already included in the price○ Client has the right to use the commissioned model for streams, videos and making other content with the intent to make profit by using the model○ AI related usage of my art such as using my art for AI tools, programs, platforms and machine learning tools is prohibited○ The artworks and services I provide are digitial goods only and not physical prints
2. PAYMENTS AND FEES
○ I have the right to charge extra when the client asks for additional requests and for excessive amount of adjustments and revisions to the commissioned artwork or model○ I accept payments through PayPal only○ Refund is not possible after I began to work on the commissioned artwork or model, refund is not possible after the work is finished, partial refund is possible if I’m unable to finish the commission○ The prices are in EUROS○ I accept payments full upfront or 50% of the payment upfront and 50% after the commission is finished, I will not send the finished commission to the client before I receive the second half of the payment○ Payment plan is an option for bigger commissions
3. COMMUNICATION AND WORK PROCESS
○ For a commission request the client can contact me either through email or a through a direct message on social media.○ I will start working on the commission after I received at least the first half of the payment○ If we agreed on a payment plan I will start working on the commission after I receive the first payment○ I will provide an update of the commission to the client at least once a week, as I work on it○ The making of a Vtuber Model takes up to approximately 4-8 weeks, this can change depending on the complexity of the model, the delivery time may also change due to the amount of workload and personal life○ I will inform the client about an estimated time of when I’ll start working on the requested commission and about an estimted delivery timeo If I accept a commission and after the work starts the client decides to change the overall concept to something else than what we initially agreed upon, I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I'm not comfortable with the new concept and I will partially refund the commission.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
○ Sensitive information provided by me or the client such as personal information, payment information or business information that is not visible to the public is considered confidential information and shall not be shared with any other party

Please note that being on the waitlist doesn't guarantee you a commission slot.After given a slot on the waitlist, once the time comes, I will reach out to each client and give them a more specific date of when I'll be able to start working on the commission.If the client and I agree on a date of the start of the commission but the client fails to respond within the next 48 hours once the work was supposed to start I will move on to the next client.If the client doesn't respond at all after we agreed on a specific date OR we have failed to agree on a specific date to start the commission, the client will be removed from the waitlist after a month of not responding.
